![]() | 6 pack Having just be dropped by a bird for some guy with a 6 pack, I want one ![]() As you may hae seen Im trying to bulk up, so dont really want to overdo the cardio, but what are the best exercises to get myself a 6 pack? so I can show him mine, shortly before I put the fcuker on his backside ;) |

| UK-M Swimsuit model | Most of the time it just comes mate, when you do compound exc. generally you use the core muscles in the process, but you can sharpen them up with crunches etc. 90% is clean diet 10% is exc. But it prob his 12" penis rather than his 6 pack mate and there is bollock all you can do about that Plenty more and all that crap, keep hittin the gym mate and soon you'll have shallow birds all over ya! | Banned | Six packs are overrated - when are people ever likely to see them? Sure, they're great if you get a girl to come back to yours, but if that's the case, it won't matter by then if you've got abs to die for or you look like the Mitchelin Man! Bollocks to this guy with the six pack - he's probably got crabs anyway... |

Honestly though training to look good is crap, train cause you wanna feel good and get strong and you'll do a lot better cause you are doing it for yourself mate. | UK-M's Token Aussie | Mate forget isolations.. There are 2 forms of exercises. Logical and Emotional. If someone does ab isolations they are stuck in the "emotional" state. It's just like someone who does 500 curls a day. No real harm in doing it, just doesnt do anything. I admit to get mine (in me pick) I did crunches, but I Don't think that's what got them. Every exercise you do switch your abs on. Lock the shoulder blades back, sit up straight and tighten those bad boys. You will produce more power because your stabilisers are working hard to put you in the best position, not to mention those abs will get worked hella hard. When I started doing bench my abs hurt more then my chest the next day.
