Diet.

For the life of me I dont understand why people think taking a pill will help them lose weight.
unless you are hypothyroid diet is the only real way of taking off fat.
Why work yourself to death trying to burn off the fat when it is diet that put it on in the first place.

I would drop the carbohydrates and up the fats and proteins.
This will spare lean muscle tissue and use your own fat stores for fuel.

The problem is insulin that make you fat not any other thing. Now granted overfeeding will do this but if you dont control insulin you will get fat even when on a restricted calorie diet.

Drop your calories by just 500 a day and by the end of the week you will be 1 lb lighter.
I notice that on the lower carb diets you dont feel as hungry as well.
You blood sugars dont rise and fall so rapidly and you will have more even energy levels.

WEIGHT LOSS = 90% diet 10% exercise at a MINIMUM.

That is why you have not had much joy from just exercise.

Why dont you post up what you eat and drink so as we can help you?
