Wondering how people have the time to do all this over-complicating

pick the bones out of this

i get a lot of beginners in the gym what exercises they should do. these are listed below. please discuss

For sheer muscle mass
  • chest-flat bench barbell press
  • back-deadlifts
  • biceps-barbell curls
  • triceps-dips
  • legs-squats
  • total body-squats
For shape
  • chest-incline dumbell press
  • back-chin ups
  • biceps-dumbell curls
  • triceps-push-downs
  • legs-leg extensions and curls
what do you think then guys? nothing evolutionary here i think you will agree but i believe in total body involvement when exercising i.e squats

concentration curls
pec dec anything
behind the neck press
one armed bench press
one fingered press ups
chins with my boyfriend on my back
one legged deadlift
making the tea
