![]() | not new to training, just opinions on my routine hey guys ive been traing with a friend for a while on a moderate routine. Now he's started to cut and Im wanting to bulk up to put on a lot more weight. Ive got my diet plan sorted so thats good but its my training routine. My goals: to put on weight for a good bulk, try to keep as much shape as possible(not looking fat). I know to successfully bulk I need rest and sleep so will that mean I'd be best following a mon/wed/fri routine or stick to mon/tues/thur/fri. Could a few of you post your bulking routines up and offer any advice please? |
