should i stay on?

hi guys again,
the new year is just around the corner and im looking to start a new program also with a new cycle in january.
The thing is tho that my current program that i've been doing was a sternght routine comprising of 3x6 reps, all multi compound movements.

i was wondering wether or not to continue with my current routine(bin doin for 3 months) because i have seen some good gains or start a new 4 day split in the new year aswell as my new cycle.

any advice or opinions welcome

cheers

If your current routine is still allowing you to gain, keep doing it. As soon as it stops giving you gains, that's the time to change it up.

if you current routine is allowing you to increase the weights you can handle then i can't see how you can come up with a better routine?

you'll know if you need to change an exercise (BB rows to T-bar Rows for example) keep it going steady ;)
