Perhaps you should have thought about trying to get this properly sorted out before you went on cycle?? Your going to miss alot of growth here... can you bench? lateral raise? squats (arm is only at shoulder height) ***i really hope i got the wrong end of the stick here and you mean your bar? *** chins are palms facing away pull ups are palms facing towards and imo don't ever do anything behind the head - keep your rotator cuffs |

| UK-M Swimsuit model | Fair play for the effort then mate, It will only really be your shoulders that will be a pain cause pressing is the best, but leg press is good enough to build up your legs so keep going for it. You could do Hack squats cause you dont need to hold the bar above your head, but if you are doing Dlifts then this is good enough if you do leg press to. Good Luck ![]()

After you get some range back and get some blood in the injured areas they will heal better. After than start adding the weight slowly. The more you do the more you will be able to do. People with back problems should work abs. People with bad knees should stretch the calves out and do hamstring curls. See where I am going with this? Try lunges with no weight to develop some of those legs. This will be easy to do and they are very good for you. Do not do anything that aggrivates your injuries as it could make it worse. Do things that will aid in supporting your injuries, stretch, get some range back, get the blood flowing again. Then take the next steps slowly.
