Stupid bloody christmas

Can any of you help me. My gym has closed for christmas so what am i gona do. Will this affect my body in any way like lose strenght or mass. Please advise quick.:boohoo:

why worry too much about just one week...are you competing soon or going on hols or summat.

if yer desperate , try asking a mate with some home equipment.

tho chances are all yer mates will be doing the old chairobics like me , for a week
