Will a two week break effect me??

Well my chrimbo hols have started, and i find it difficult to attend any other gym than my shcool one. So i'll have two weeks of doing nothing. Im afraid all my previous work will be reduced to nothing. Will i lose all of what i gained, and if so how can i stop this without wokring out.

Mate its good for you to take a break now and again - It will give your body time to recover and grow - just make sure you keep the food going in and you will be fine.

Johnny bravo will become famous soon enough
Hopefully it won't because I'm having a two week break due to injury and then closure of my gym at xmas I've been training for 6 years and never had more than a week off before
