how is this routine?

Tuesday (at gym):
Back and Legs (BO rows, sldl, squats,)

Thursday (at gym):
Shoulders and Chest (shoulder press, lat raises, flat bench, incline 30-35 degree-ish dumdbell press)

Sunday (at home):
abs and bis

I keep varying each week which body part I do first but not so sure.

My goal is to gain everywhere (except for waist).

edit: oops I meant to post this as a new thread, so feel free to move it mods.

Looks fine to me, but it depends on what sets/reps you're doing. Give it a try and see if you gain well on it.

I would drop the abs/bis day and instead add an overhead pulling movement (chins or lat pulldowns) on Tuesday and do weighted crunches on either or your gym days.

Agreed Big, overhead pulling is needed in that routeine.

He does have enough compound pushing exercises in there go hit the triceps.

Shoulder press, flat bench and incline bench will hit triceps plenty.

I would always do legs before BO rows (as they can put strain on your lower back)

And I would always do Chest before shoulders, otherwise your shoulder are gona give out first on the chest exercises and your not gona work the chest with enough intensity for optimum growth....

Wheres the standing calf raises? Neglect them now and you wil pay the price later, unless you have geneticically good calves (I dont :boohoo: )

Amen to that Big. Isolations are for already big guys. Stick to the compounds for tris and bis.

i worked back on Tuesday and was knackered and couldn't do my legs. That's 3 weeks I haven't done legs now. Can you work too hard on the back?

Today I think i'm gonna do chest very lightly and leave enough energy to do shouders, it's not a good strategy isn't it?
