![]() | muscle gain hi im new to this and i was wondering whats the best supplament and diet that i can have to achieve muscle mass fast also do i need to take lots of protin or lots of carbs to make muscle grow? i would be very greatful for some advice please Last edited by arkle; 07-11-2005 at 09:03 PM. |

| Looking Freaky | well you will need one straight after your workout mate, but i use pro-recvery for after my workout, i also drink protien shake through the day whilst eating plenty of protien ive gained well from 6 months training too
