muscle gain

hi im new to this and i was wondering whats the best supplament and diet that i can have to achieve muscle mass fast also do i need to take lots of protin or lots of carbs to make muscle grow? i would be very greatful for some advice please

yes mate the main thing is to have alot of protein and alot of good carbs for muscle mass. try and spread out ur meals during the day. instead of 3 meals have say 7, train hard, eat, eat and eat!! lol ul gain well also try and get yourself a whey protein shake for post workout.

well you will need one straight after your workout mate, but i use pro-recvery for after my workout, i also drink protien shake through the day whilst eating plenty of protien ive gained well from 6 months training too

Not before, but maybe a couple of hours before, defo after. Read through previous threads about other newbies and you'll pick up some good advice.
