![]() | Three weeks in and WTF? OK here is one for you I just started to go to the gym after being a lazy fooker for the past few years and the plan was to build up a bit for a while then after perhaps six months work on the fat loss. Now the thing is been going for three weeks now workout three times per week, eat lots of good stuff, lots of protien intake, and make sure the workouts are intense, I was expecting to loose a bit of body fat as I gained muscle, today I stepped on the scales for the first time since the start three weeks back, I was 13stone 6 but today I stepped on to see 13st 12Lbs flash before me. Can this be correct? I must have lost bf! but even if you say I did not lose bf that means 6Lbs of muscle in three weeks? I dont know what is the norm but at 2Lbs per week that is going to be over 17st before I get to the six months? It just **** me up when I saw the weight and it caught me out as I was thinking any muscle gain would be absorbed by fat loss so weight would not be a lot different, am I wrong on the way I am thinking? Your advice would be most welcome. |

Go by how you look in the mirror. Also weigh yourself at the same time every week and on an empty stomach to give an accurate reading.
