![]() | need advice on a good diet! im a 20 year old lad,and i weigh bout 18,19 stone but want to build muscle instead of fat , i starting to go to the gym next week but i wanna find a good diet which will help me loose some weight so i can replace it with muscle, also i can only have the time to eat 3 times a day but what kind of food should i eat during the day? also is it wise to have a protin shake b4 and after a work out?
