another noob question.

just a quick one please,
stiffness nexy day? good or bad?
does it mean you hav over worked? or is it a sign your training has had an effect?

Everyone gets aching muscle the next day and possibly for a few days after training hard.
As you have just started training the pain will probably be more sever than others that have trained a lot longer.
Just stick with it and make sure you rest a lot and eat well.

yeh...It does mean you have worked the muscle but like Lauren said...sleep well and eat plenty.
