Yes i think should keep rest time fairly low as to help endurance for the rugby for that little bit you need as a second row forward. Unfortunately you cant say can the scrum wait a couple of minutes! :P

lets say it take u five mins to walk from the changing room.. and warm up...change the weights about etc so we will knock another 10 mins off for that

so u actually train for 45 mins wiht 5 min gaps.....

so u do 18 sets a week max??

intensity is key, 2 mins max, unless im going specifically heavy and then a little more to sqeeze out the extra rep

Dirty Batty,

I train for more like 40 mins including warm-ups each time 2-3 times a week (3 when on juice, 2 otherwise). I do around 3-6 work sets per workout and lots of warm-ups. I probably do more like 10-15 work sets a week total. Look at any WSB style program - most of the strongest guys are doing similar (excluding assistance work).

It's all well and good to do all those sets you do with the small rest times when you're lifting girlie weights, but once you move into big-boy territory, you will need proper recovery time darling xx

145kg bench, 180kg squat (atf), 240kg dead, all raw with belt and chalk only. I have no idea on a 1rm on dips... I can rep BW+40kg, although I rarely do dips. I've only just started getting into powerlifting quite recently.

I'm pretty sure DB's lifts are in that ballpark too actually. I think his bench is a little higher, but deads are a bit behind.
