I train for more like 40 mins including warm-ups each time 2-3 times a week (3 when on juice, 2 otherwise). I do around 3-6 work sets per workout and lots of warm-ups. I probably do more like 10-15 work sets a week total. Look at any WSB style program - most of the strongest guys are doing similar (excluding assistance work). It's all well and good to do all those sets you do with the small rest times when you're lifting girlie weights, but once you move into big-boy territory, you will need proper recovery time darling xx :love:

I'm pretty sure DB's lifts are in that ballpark too actually. I think his bench is a little higher, but deads are a bit behind.
