| Newbie Trainer | Answers please?? I made a thread asking for some help when i joined and no1 replies?? whats tht about?? Im currently starting a 6 month tour of Iraq and would like some guidance on getting big :lift: and would like some help with training plans!! If any1 has any ideas of how i should carry things out please write them here for me!! Thanks alot I currently weigh 15.5st and am 5'10" with love handles lol!! Any ides on how to get rid of them faster??? |

| Newbie Trainer | Thats what i mean i have no strict diet at the moment my first thread tht no1 replied 2 stated tht i was away on a 6month tour of Iraq and wanted 2 use the time!!! I asked for some training routines to pump up and lose weight!!! I have free weights and cardio equipment available!! Breakfast in the cookhouse normally consists of porridge made with water, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cereals toast all the other stuff i want 2 avoid lol!!! Lunchtime there is salad available!! what stuff should i eat pasta, prawns, lettuce, cucumber tomatoes tuna yoghurts again?? fruit??? Tea there is always loads of veg tho sometimes it is deep fried :( potatoes meats or baguettes Its quite hard as its a set menu cant get food from elsewhere Your help guys would b appreciated and some routines 2!! Can workout mornings and evening 6 days a week if need b or cardio every day and weights every other!! Your help is welcomed greatly!!! :lift: |

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | IMO your breakfast sounds fine, just don eat the toast, the rest is cool. The rest of ur meals should comprise of meat, any type wather it be fish, Beef, Chicken, Turkey ect.. and eat rice or pasta with it, and try throw in some veg with them. Fruits shouls be thrown in when ever you can. Is there any way of taking MRP with you? coz that would help gr8ly!
