| Starting Hiya at present i am starting a 6 month deployement of sunny Iraq and would like to use the oppurtunity to do something ive been saying il do every year for bout 5 years which is gett bigger and lose weight!! I weigh at present 15 1/2 stone and would like to lose my body fat n love handls as well as tone up and get bigger!! The gym eqpt i will have in my location is gan b quite basic so can any 1 help me with a training routine tht includes 6 days and all body ares?? Hope u can help!!
