Arrow Newbie needing help!

Hi ive just registered on the site and id like some advice.
Im 14 and have been training since about feb/march time this year , ive lost quite a lot of weight ( the reason i started ) and put on a lot of muscle especially on me arms. im just over 6ft2 , about 14.5 stone and rougly 15" arms ( warm ) and i was just wondering how much weight in KG should someone my size be curling/benching for a rough guide and is there a loosely based diet i could follow to lose extra weight.
any help at all would be apprecitated..
cheers , pete

Lifts vary for everyone dude. The main thing is that your lifts are going up over time.

For your diet, read some of the stickys in the diet forum. There is loads of great info in there.

That's good progress dude. Keep it up.

We all have to start somewhere... the main thing is that you're progressing over time. The problem only occurs when you stop being able to put the weights up.
