![]() | Hi ive just registered on the site and id like some advice. Im 14 and have been training since about feb/march time this year , ive lost quite a lot of weight ( the reason i started ) and put on a lot of muscle especially on me arms. im just over 6ft2 , about 14.5 stone and rougly 15" arms ( warm ) and i was just wondering how much weight in KG should someone my size be curling/benching for a rough guide and is there a loosely based diet i could follow to lose extra weight. any help at all would be apprecitated.. cheers , pete |

We all have to start somewhere... the main thing is that you're progressing over time. The problem only occurs when you stop being able to put the weights up.
