Hank is on a distinguished road
Hows my Routine

Day 1
Back and Biceps
Wide grip chins
Rear wide grip chins
single arm rows
one arm long bar row
21's, 15's, 9's
inclined dumbell curls

Day 2
Shoulders and Legs
Side raises
Upright row
Dumbell shoulder press
Barbell squat
Barbell squat to seat
Barbell calf raises

Day 3
Chest and Triceps
Declined dumbell press
Flat dumbell press
inclined flyes + inclined barbell press (super set)
Dips
Close grip bench press

I do three working sets on each exercise (set1=10, set2=8, set3=8) whilst progressivly getting heavier each set (plus 2 warmup sets) and usually go to failure.
I was wondering if this is too much or if i should change some of the exercises.

Thanks for any help.

Don't screw with it dude. You are gaining. Just keep doing what you're doing until you stall.

If it's working, don't screw with it, or you risk breaking it.
