![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Similar story in my gym, majority of the people are bench and bicep types. A few people do dead's, rows etc. though, but most of the time when I walk in there everyone's standing around trying to curl too much weight.

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | I dont do them because I don't kno how to do it properly and when I do I can't keep form, but I do the alternative to it, which is the machined version, I kno it aint as good!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Don't know why compounds are so unpopular they do so much more than skullcrushers. The guys that actually try compound lifts in my gym usually do so with apalling form. Most seem to think that going 4-5" down counts as a squat. I've had several people comment on how 'deep'I squat but in reality I don't really go much below parallel. I saw a bloke doing deads the other day it it literally made me wince his form was so bad, he was tall and awkward but his back was bending like a u-bend.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | good to see im not the only one on the planet who does them, its kinda scary how lazy some of the fuggers are in my gym, theyll do 27 exercises for biceps after 3 sets of machine bench press, then wonder why theyre not making any progress
