 | Mac's look nicer and have better OS IMHO.... but.... PC's have market share and you will find it easier getting help/advice, free software etc if u go donw the PC route... think of it as beetamax and VHS.... beetamax was better but VHS won the war consigning betamax to the 'specialist user'... Macs are mainly used in Graphic design and Music production etc... if you intend your kids to benifit from it I'd deff go the PC route.... the other benifit to PC's is that you can buy whatever components you like rater than branded ones... you tens to pay a premium for Mac stuff... as for supplier - I do like Dells...... always found them a good supplier but you can find cheaper.... but it prob ain't worth the hassle |
