![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 330kgs squat last night at body and mind gym Had an awesome squat session last night at body and mind gym in Port Talbot. Got to use a monolift for a change and decided to go heavy!!!!!! What can I say about the titancenturion suit, its awesome. This is my second session in the suit. I have been doing a lot of singles in my training recently, with lest rest and more speed and explosion. I squated 330 kgs rock bottom with a monolift, two bawla lifters watched my depth and they said that I was in, in any fed. Im going to jump big next week to 357.5kgs, If Im still alive, Il post my progress Hope to bench 217.5kgs on weds, pressed 215kgs last weds with my Metal shirt Going for 322.5kgs deadlift friday, pulled 310kgs last week. hope your training is all going well, keep you all updated.. got my work cut out for me as a twenty two yearold powerlifter from America has just smashed the world squat record with 914 pound at 198 pound bodyweight.... |

I have a good warm up with lighter weights, but save all my energy for the big singles. I took 305kgs the set before 330kgs and because my set up was bad it felt heavyer. Do you squat at all my friend? |
