![]() | Whey Protein powder and milk Guys have you ever heard of this.I was listerning to some guys at the gym and one of them comented on the fact that when you mix protien powder with milk your body won't digest the powder because of the milk,to me sounds crap buit have you guys got any knowledge about this |

However, it will slow the absorbtion down quite drastically. If you are planning on taking whey post-workout (the best time for it), then you will be better off taking it in water with some fast acting sugars, as the nutrients will get to you much quicker.
