For anybody who has not used Extreme products, take a look on www.extremenutrition.co.uk. The products are no nonsense and very good for the money. I notice the company sponsor Stuart Core, the site is pretty cool.

I have a very important competition in November the WPO Semi-open pro qualifier, over the next few months I am going to live, sleep, eat and train powerlifting. I plan on using Extreme products as they do produce the results Im after. Im going to start using the build and recover supplement they make, has anybody used this product or have any information on it???

Dougie from Extreme is a good freind and his products are very very good i used his Extreme Protein up to the night before the show..

We've just taken on Extreme's range. Seem popular as they'd hardly been on the site 5 mins and we started getting orders.

I would like to see them change the labelling though to be honest.
