| UK-M's Mascot | help lower back pain I have some pain in my lower back at the spine, normally no pain when i'm sitting or standing but i can feel a bit of pain when i'm bending down or leaning forward. As a result I havent been done deadlifts for several weeks now. Originally I thought it was DOMS but can't be cos i haven''t worked that area for weeks and its still a bit of pain. What can it be? Any ideas on how to get rid of the pain?

I'm wondering how can you tell where the pain is coming from (muscle pain or joint/bone pain)
