Strange Observation?

Lads here's a strange one for you.

Do any of you weigh yourself before and after you train?.

I've started doing this, expecting to weigh a bit less after, due to fluid loss etc. The Weird thing is that after training I am always 4 pounds heavier.

Weird.

Hey everyone drinks water when they lift. I am sure you dont realize what you are drinking while you lift. Remember your shirt and shorts will be wet from sweating and still holding the water so the weight wont leave you till you remove the clothes. Now I drink water while I lift and 4 lbs would be a half gallon of water. So unless you are not drinking water then someone is messing with the scale and you head.

Biker and Lorian, you guys are a crack-up. I am laughing too.

A good dump half way through your session should sort the weight issue.
