How much have you paid for your last quarterly gas and electric bill....

I just paid £675....i can never remember paying that much......

my gas alone was £380..

house is a 4 bed semi detached so isn't a mansion....I hear BS how the british gas are decreasing their prices...what load of tosh...

seriously, how are you lot paying that much. i average £60/month for gas and electric and have done for the last 3 years. I was even in credit by £200 last year.

probably all depends now how many people live in the house etc...we are 6 adults and a baby...so someone is always cooking, averaging around 8 showers a day etc......

is that what your being charged for what youve used or is that what they are charging you for what they have estimated you have used?

check your meters against the bill mate cos i was being charged effin riduclous amounts once and after arguing and giving them my meter readings they admitted i was almost 500 in credit and they had made a mistake when they did the estimated use.

£500ish for electric and over winter about £400 gas,gas and electric companys are just an excuse to print money they can more or less charge what they want theres no control over them.

i pay £40 a month on dd for gas and electric and i get some money back some times, live in a 2bed house with my mrs with eon at the moment
