There is 45 grams of protein in their 2 peice meal..............it doesn't hurt once a week...also shish kebabs are great pita grilled meat and salad...fantastic

I might get one this evening. Love all their stuff. Fries are a bit crap but the chicken is where the fun is at.

Might wash it down with a 12 pack of Export. KFC always gives me an insane thirst!

if KFC had chips the quality of BK it would be superb. the floppy chips are never eaten at my table. popcorn chicken usually compensates for a little nibble. the burger just aint enough.
