  | Seriously "vertically challenged" met him once a nice genuine guy, short but genuine and i am in no way heightist....... IMO second pic has GH gut when i met him he had retired from comp, and TBH i didnt recognise him apart from huge traps, funny tatoo of buldog and tricep scar and the BMW 850 with the D*Y plate |

| If not the best then certainly in the top 2... (and imho I dont know who rates above...) I have met him a few times and he is a straight up guy, has integrity and is a good guy...

| first pic is around 1986, second one was the 95 or 96 mr olympia, yates was one of the reasons i started training, he looks just awesome. If it wasnt for the injuries he sustained i reckon he could have won the olympia for as long as he wanted

| i had dinner with him a week ago after his seminar at castles gym in windsor...really nice bloke very down to earth.... Matt why would he be skinny and dead before long????
