Nutrition excel spreadsheet

Hello,

Im starting to log my daily food intake and wondered if there was an all singing all dancing spreadsheet out there that auto calculates protein, fat carbs intake etc etc

any one know where i can download one ? or get one from ?

if not i guess il have to create my own

If you're not dead set on using excel, you can try fitday on the net. Free to register and gives you nice breakdowns/charts

This isnt mine, I didnt make it.

It was made by Joe Sharman, who is on this board but i cant remember his username.

You have to put your own values in

eg. 100g of oats = 360 cals, 60g carbs etc..
It does work out everything else for ya, percentage split of diet.

But its an excellent spreadsheet

i prefer to use fitday.com as you can add custom foods like protein drinks etc.....
