![]() | belly omg i went to work and some guy said i had a gut, i looked in the mirror puched my belly out and it sticks out loads, got such a belly right now, like a huge beer gut, i am so paranoid now this has made me freak, i am gona go mad on cardio and fat burning this week, the only problem is every time i run i seem to lose muscle, i never though my belly was a problem, didn't think i had one but i do now! when i stand straight it doesn't look too bad i just worry what people think now omg sorry people i am freaking out here!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, I dont know about the cardio. Just drop the carbs a bit and it will come off slowly. Hey, I got a beer gut too and I really dont care too much. Just bulk up the shoulders, back and chest and the waist wont look so huge. You next cycle will help the bulking part. First you wanted to put on weight and now you want to take it off. Just wait till after your cycle and Christmas. ![]()

![]() | yeh the guy at my gym is putting me on some stuff like therma prto post cycle to help me cut the bulk, he says by march i will look great, i am excited aboutt hat i guess! don't wanna get a bigger christams gut though, guna happen i guess

![]() | I have developed a bit of a gut this cycle (up to the last few notches on my belt), but I am not to worried about it as long as I keep a good difference between my gut and my chest measurments. I am sure the bloat will reduce post cyclye and as it is cold I keep covered up most the time. I won't start cutting till nearer the summer.
