Orange are the worst phone company..by far

I have to convey my opinion, that orange mobile phone company are absolutely terrible.

I have payed thousands over the last six years I have been an orange customer. Yesterday my samsung e-800 phone for no reason went blank on me, with a white screen.

I pay my fee for insurance on a monthly basis, so I was pretty annoyed on realising I had to pay an admin fee of 15 pounds to have my phone replaced. Next month Orange would like me to have my 12 month contract re- newed, I have decided not to do so.

What makes things worse is when some little man at the end of the line contacts me with an attitude, on asking for a team manager I was refused that right and tod to let him finish bull ****ing me to death with the statement' would you like me to send you to the disconnections department'.

If any of you are thinking of going with Orange, think twice, they want your money and couldnt give a toss about you.......

I take it you don't like Orange then? In the end all phone companies are only interested in your money. They're all the same, bunch of stuck up t0ssers. I think Vodafone are probably best for customer service. Don't go to O2! you'll never get through to them! And don't buy from The Link....they are seriously bad! 20 days to connect my phone! And to top it off, they charged me 300 quid because I hadn't connected within the 7 day time limit. After several letters and numerous phone calls they agreed to pay me it back....Did I get a sorry, or maybe a months free rental...did I fcuk, just a cheque through the post, and a letter basically saying 'Here's your money back, now stfu'

3g are bad too mate. Outsourced their call centre to india so its cheaper for them, but barely any of the operatives understand much english or speak it very well either so how is that good service? Agree with insanity as with many companies it is all about the money :jerk:

That is terrible mate, Im going with Vodaphone. Ive spend thousands with orange, if they want to charge me 15 quid then they can lose thousands instead.

Unfortunately Vodafone are the most expensive, but given the network coverage and customer service, it's probably worth the money. I'm only on O2 because I get it cheap now my brother in law is working for them .

I am confused with all the new suppliers, when Orange first started they were the best by far, unfortunately as company size grows all the help and good will goes down the pan.

I am lucky, I just got an orange pay as you go phone and had it unblocked for about 100 euros less than I can buy a similar phone here so £uck them

m8 they are all the same, im with t-mobile, and the only reason i am is that most of my m8's are so i get free off peak calls to them and there cheap, but have ****ty phone coverage and i think there customer support is good, 3 are sh8 support but gr8 tarrifs!!! i would change to them, but they have a crappy line of phones at the mo (except for the new nokia smart phone!) I thaught orange were allrounder's had reasonable tarrif's and good coverage but the way u go on, ill think twice, and vodafone are the best, but expensive!!! thats prob why tho! so in the end same sh!t, but diff smell

02 have been buggering me about this month, generally they are not too bad though,

Virgin mobile have the nicest most helpful helpline people of just about any company in the world IMO

I was with Orange but left them last month as they are sh1t. Too expensive, not helpful at all when something goes wrong. Can't answer any questions and one person tells you a different storey to the next person! Waste of time.


I am now on 3, I must admit having their call centre in India sucks but hey the tarriffs are awesome!
