I am sick of trying to explain it, so now just agree with them.
However, the gynaecologist was very complimentary on the positive effects the weight training has on my body......oooohhh errr!!!!!
Mines not in a good way though
hardly eating, trained about 3-4 times in 3 weeks.

lol - my better half has started a real routine with free weights and has lost fat but managed to increase what she is lifting on a regular basis.
Some of the women she works with have been making comments to her - telling her she has lost too much weight, telling her to eat more etc...... she too has given up trying to explain that she eats pretty much what she wants to but hitting the weights 3 times a week (with deads, bench press etc) is just redistributing her weight around her body rather than makin her lighter.
all i gotta do now is get her into some kinky boots and a corset, get her to join this site and she too can have a top avatar
