Right there has been numerous posts / threads regarding how 'genetics is everything' in BBing.

I call Bull. Sure your ultimate potential is dictated by genetics but how do you know if you have the genetics to do it or not...

My opinion to ANYONE out there whom feels let down by thier poor genetics and have had thier dreams aspirations dammpened somewhat by the negative crowd is this;

To hell with them go out there and BE THE BEST THAT YOU CAN BE!

But within 6 months to a year of training you will know if you have what it takes genetic wise or not, and if you dont your only kidding yourself!!

Your right enough though, I mean there are many facets to this genetic coin, and not one of them is reason enough not to improve yourself and get to be the best you can be if thats what you want to do

I thought the 'genetics' thing was probably really about a persons natural state, I mean I remember just a couple of teenage friends being quite well built, especially considering we were lazy pot-heads. A natural state, perhaps with 'some' gym.
But surely with measured diet and heaps of meds I will surpass my genetic** potential?
I know next to nowt in truth, about the sport, but i'd side with Delhi. The only genetic plateau I can't hope to break is my height.

**surpass genetics! Huh, dejavu. I used to be a member of that board but it seems to have gone. Anyone here know of that place?

Either way their are some big ego's on this board which sometimes answer threads in a very informed, but VERY arrogant way. Not always the best policy.
