Thanks Uriel. I know what you mean. The 40's and 45's went up ok, but i nearly sh*t myself trying to get the 50's up. Got them up just about, thought i'd struggle to hit four but just kept pumping. Last rep was a killer but i got it and i'm chuffed to bits!!!!

Just make sure you don't slack off on the prehab work and end up back at square one!

Agreed. RC work is now part and parcel of my life. I don't want it to happen again. Its happened twice in two years and i'm getting a good idea on how to keep a lid on it now.

That makes me shudder just thinking about it dude, i remember them well. Rolling over in the middle of the night to be woken up with that awful pain. The worst is when you think its on the mend and then you roll over and you just know its gone again. Grrrrrrrrrr.
I took to sleeping in between big pillows to stop myself from rolling over as i tend to move about in the night and it seemed to help. Icing it before bed took a lot of the pain away too.

Good work chief. I can only manage 40s. I train alone so the hardest bit is getting them up, due to being a man hating rapist.

Re: Get in!!!! Bye bye RC trouble!!
Nice one mate.
My A/C joint still isn't right now, and it's about a year now since I first did it
Haven't trained for about 9 months now and as a result have lost a fair bit of muscle. It's sh1t.
Chiro says to try exercising it but TBH I'm sure it will inflame it again. Nothing major wrong with it i.e. no major pain but still have soreness at times and feel like lifting weights will just inflame it.
Maybe I'm expecting too much when waiting for there to be no pain at all
Did any of you guys who have got over ligament probs like R/C have any soreness when resuming training, or did it feel 100% right?
