British & Irish Lions thread
Anybody see the game vs NZ Maori this morning? Not very encouraging, a pretty average performance and obviously a crappy result, we need to improve if we are going to beat the All Blacks.... :(

didnt see it but it was one of the first things my dad told me about this morning. Thing is people were expecting them to get a pasting and 13-19 isnt really that bad! as long as they get there act together they will beat the all blacks, as there are some seriously awesome players in the lions team.

Am leaving for New Zealand on the 21st of june for 3 weeks to watch the british lions i used to play with Chris Cusiter when he still pld club rugby !! cant wait going to fiji for a week aswel !!!!

NZ Maori is the best side out side all blacks (in NZ) IMhO, shame we sucked, English breakfast won me over so game was a blur

ye he was from aberdeen but moved down to edinburgh, he used to ply for watsonians before going pro!
