Some looked like they were in a trance on the side lat lift.

Pete, you look very strong, I could tell.

winger, yeah the thick bar is to test thumb strength.

cos you cant lock your hands fully around it, uits the thumb that takes the brunt of the work. considering my regular deadlift is 300k+ my lockouts without straps are 400k+ i could only deadlift 170k on a thickbar, due to never training my thumbs,lol!! but then, we all failed at the same weight, some just got it higher than others!

the 'crucifix hold' you have to try and set your mind into a differant place, hence the expressions!! lol!! if you concentrate on your delts you fail alot quicker

How come it takes 5 Pages of Posts (mostly positive ) and a Poll, for some heavy-weight weight lifter to get a pic or Two up, yet everyone else puts them up without needing any encouraging whatsoever? lol.
