| Banned | What yuh reckon I done to my elbow? geez, bloody elbow is in some pain alright...!!! went for a personal best las t wek and did it. skull crushers, 8 reps x 75kg - that's a **** load of weight in anyones book for skulls! After last rep...OUCH, real bad pain in my elbow. not so bad now, but still hurting quite a bit...what do you reckon i've done? Can't be ****d to go see the doc..lol Matt |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Probably some sort of ligament damage there m8... Your muscle being stronger than the ligament supporting it due to the steroids maybe? Stay of heavy excercise that works that muscle for a while I reckon to avoid more damage m8.

| Banned | its a real weird niggling little pain, kinda throbbing. I just know I aint gonna be able to resist going to the gym tonight. ARRGHHHH, hope when i'm doing dumbell press it doesn't give way! I suspect a 55kg dumbell can do quite a lot of damage if it lands on your face! Matt:axe: |
