My Scar!!!
Hello Gang

Few of you have been asking to see this lately so here it is:

This is the result of ignoring sevear pain and possible infection in your leg.

18 hours away from dying from septicemia (sp), 3 Operations, 16 weeks of healing and packing and 3 weeks of physio




I have lightened the photo on the right so you can see the scar

As you can see it starts near the top of my outer quad and goes right down to close to my knee :(

hard luck mate, i have a scar not quite that big like on my knee i got it when i was about 14 i was getting off a bus and had one foot on and one foot off when the fecking driver pulled away, 3 broken ribs a shattered knee and severe concussion later, i staggered home and my mam gave me a clip she thought id been drinking with me mates when i staggered in she didnt realise i was semi conscious. i have forgiven her now though lol. When did this happen Paul?

lol kel, I blew £1.5k worth of compo when i was 18 (no idea now what on like lol)

i gave my mum & dad 1k aswell (i got 2.5k)

i got mine from the council after they left some concrete slabs leaned up against a lampost in the street, they fell on my foot.

Paul - how have you found your leg since this all happened...


They took a risk stiching my arm back up but said they couldn't follow the normal procedure of packing as it was too large and deep and would have taken 5+ months to heal leaving me with too much scar tissue for me to be able to use my arm properly... so far the gambel seems to have paid off... I think...
