What do you wear to train?

Just came back from the gym and there was an old guy there wearing one of those American wrestling leotards to train in (spandex, neck cut down to belly button!)

Anyone wear anything interesting to train?

Im a fat, try to blend into the wall, guy at my gym so I wear a grey hoodie and joggers :lift:

Old gym vest, and old bottoms, i look a right scruffy git but it is a hard core gym, were not there to look pretty in our designer clothes were there to get big

I have two different sets depending on the temp.

One set is the plain black boxing style shorts by everlast basically baggies with the legs cut off about mid thigh, I wear compression shorts underneath. I wear a plain t-shirt with short sleeves (tucked in) on top of this, short white socks and black otomix sliders.

My other set is black baggies (plain), compression shorts underneath, a black long sleeve muscle shirts (extra large cut to the wrist), if its really cold I'll wear a grey sweat shirt over this, then short white socks and black otomix sliders.

If I am doing cardio I often put on my hand wraps, It must be some positive conditioning from my old boxing days, wrapping them round and round is quite theraputic and almost hypnotising but as soon as they are on I instantly become focused and energized, I then put my hood up and as I walk from the changing rooms to the gym I visualise myself walking out into a packed stadium where I am going to knock the other guy out, by the time I hit the treadmill I feel invinsible,

I probably look like a right knob walking out like that but I don't realy care, If I follow that routine I would say I can work about 50% harder than if I just start without any preparation.

Shorts and vests. Red shorts with white or black vest when doing legs, black shorts with red or blue vest for chest and blue shorts with blue or black vest when training back. I hadn't realised I was an obessive compulsive until now.
