lol lee... probably about hubcaps or who can tuck there bottoms into their socks more..bloody scousers!!

the thing that anoys me the most is unhygenic people... that come into the gym stinking! there's no need and it puts me off my work out.. i hate unhygenic peopl... one geezer spat on the floor the other day and i nearly put my wrist straps in it... i swear i was gonna rub his dirty lil face in it mate... no need...

normally a certain type of person but i aint gonna start with that!lol

my gyms just full of convicts, people that are in and out of prison and stuff, but everyones sound enough. There is the odd **** head, but if they feck about the gym owner just tells them to go home, lol

chest and biceps boy was in again this morning 4 sets of bench press followed by 4 sets of incline bench press followed by 4 sets of dumbell press followed by 4 sets of inclined db press followed by 4 sets of pec dec then 4 x crossover then he went back to doing dumbell presses again he was still training his f ucking chest when i left an hour latermaybe hes only a 3rd of the way through his bodybuilding encyclopaedia
