| shaping up !!!!! | im 23, 5,5 i wiegh 70kg i train every day doin just cv work triming down as i avent been training upon till recently last 3 weeks so far im quite muscular got a bit of size so now im wanting a meal plan to go by also a nice training plan that will (1) increase size (2) to get defined just after an athletic look want nice top body and slightly toned legs .. hope you guys can all help me thanks from a newbie on ere :lift: also will any suppliments be good for me if so which ones ?? .... ![]() Last edited by Damian81; 03-05-2005 at 07:23 PM. |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | right mate a diet is quite a personal thing but this is my diet so it'll point u in the right sort of direction http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/showpost....65&postcount=1 training.... base your training aroung compound lifts.. Deadlifts Squats bench press Military press bent over rows Straight leg deadlifts there are plenty of routines in the training section have a look at them and then decide which one to base ur routine about.... feel free to ask more questions mate..and welcome to the board

| UK-Muscle Moderator | ok in order of importance imo a good multi vit vit c fish oils (not cod liver ones) a post workout protien shake maybe creatine zma first 3 tho mainly diet is key mate!

| shaping up !!!!! | you all know ive got a little and i mean just a little ... its goin quickly may i add also can ne oner help im having problems doin biceps ther weak i struggled today to do 30k well disapointed need to get the things bigger soon i hope :gun:
