Money no ogbject...best post workout protein? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

i'm thinking of getting Maximuscle Cyclone as a post workout shake for immediately after I finish training...anyone had any experience with it?

Apart from price etc, is it a good product?

Also thinking of Promax Extreme for general use.

To be honest, Maximuscle products are pretty lame. The only product that is good by them is Viper Extreme (a pre workout energy drink) other than that would not recommend it.

I think you would be better of with CNP's Pro Recover.;)

i admit having used maximuscle in the past i found them very good..just savage pricing puts me off...i use cnp pro-mass

Tried Cyclone in Chocolate and Strawberry, hated both so much I sold them a week later at a loss, the flavours are repulsive! Look on affordable-supplements.co.uk for loads of reviews.

i hate maximuscle sups...

i use
All The Whey Isolate 2 scoops
3 scoops of Maltadextrin (when not dieting)
10g Glutimine
5g Creatine (when not dieting)

great drink and i get great results from it aswell....

I prefer designer whey, I have never found a protein as well blended and as well a profile and tested results. There are other great proteins, but I still prefer designer.

I used maximuscle products, pretty tasty, and worked for me, but now i use pro mass, but damn you gotta shake the crap out of the shaker to disolve it wit milk

PWO is 4 scoops of pro mass with 2 scoops of wheyconsortium and 10g of glutamine. Pretty nice and packed full of good cals.

1LB Organic Grass Fed Bison steak or burger with a butter and peppercorn sauce and a huge side salad with olive oil/lemonm juice and black pepper dressing and a dash of sea salt.

Prolab or Optimum Nutrition, the best supplements are not necessarily the most expensive.....

Ah dam it my man at the gym has just run out of grass fed bison!!! I think he has sutanon 250 though lmao!! ;)

I mean if money were no object i would eat like a king. Fresh organic free range chicken breasts with prime fillet steak(Aberdeen Angus) and fres wild salmon and mackrel.

i have been trying to source some where to buy Bison from i think it is great meat and ideal for dieting....not joking either if someone has a source in the uk i would be intrested..

I just got mine through a butcher I used to deliver mail to,so if you have a regular butcher you use then maybe they would have a better idea for you.

Great meat just dam expensive for what you get.

Also try osterich and kangaroo meats,both good flavour high in protein and unlike most meats dont seem to shrink when cooked.
