i'm from Llantrisant, junc 34, M4.

6ft tall
18% bodyfat
18" bicep
not natural
ummm, i'm into cars, roids and weights...heheheheh ;-)

I train at one 2 one gym nr pontypridd.

anyone else train there?

Yup trained there for about 3 years now.

I usually train between 6am and 10am, never after then as it gets too busy with rugby boys etc
