    | Really Happy with my progress last 12 months Hello Gang Right, just a quick post, Im really happy with my progress over the last 12 months, and i just thought i would let you all know  Ive put on around a stone since summer last year, and dropped about 2% BF I know that I did gain a little fast (I think 6 - 8lb`s a year is ample) and i did put on some good size from my last cycle (I love that primo!  )This may sound silly, and feel free to take the p1ss outta me, but i got out of the bath last night, looked in the mirror, and I actually looked like a proper body builder. Even Clare commented and said that my entire body shape is changing and that i did look like a true body builder Really got some great size and mass on my chest and back which is giving me an awsome "V" shape, and also my serratius (sp) are really coming through. All my abs are now showing, and the vascularity at the moment is AWSOME. My faviouite thing is my "arnie" vein, you know, the one that runs from almost your neck, down over your delt then down your bicep and into your forearm Anyway, I`ll deffo get some photos up soon so you can all see for youself. I think i will make it into the 2006 EFBB Sorry about the babble - just feeling good ;)

| U's lot will probably take the **** outta me for this one too , but since i became an active participant on this board ive soaked up alot of knowledge and its paid off on my physique. Without UK-muscle.com i dont think id have half the physique i have now. :o
