Orange & Virgin mobile contracts

Due to their price increases on certain things you can cancel your contract due to their terms and conditions

Orange

Virgin

Cancelled, no hassle at all, didn't even really try to sell me anything else. Had about 10 months left too.

Perfect.

Yeah mate Orage. Basically i just said i understand the charges will be increased on certain calls and i would like to cancel, he did all the security checks and then actually explained that it was the minimum charges that will be changed. He passed me through to a lady at disconnections, she was basically gonna try and give me some incentive to stay but i just explained i didn't have time to listen(at work) and she was like ok we'll cancel it np. Sending me out a PAC code too.

Some people have had tons of jip reading that article but i imagine they have accepted the fact that people will use it as an excuse so are just getting on with it now.

Ok cheers pal. I get 400 mins and unlimited texts for 20 quid a month so mine isnt that bad. Just most people are on o2 and only get 02 to 02 calls so im missing out. Dont know what to do, think about it later.
