| Sexy Moderator | Eating your bodyweight Hey Gang Just a strange topic really. Its 10.30am, and i have just been talking with Lorian about eating. So far today I have already eaten 2 breakfasts and all my lunch: Which was: Breakfast 1: 7.30am 1 x Pro Preptide Shake /w ProFuel 1 x Bowl Alpen 3 x Slices of Toast w/Penut Butter Breakfast 2: 9.00am 1 x Cup o' Coffee 1 x Pint of Milk 1 x 6 egg omellette /w cheese Early Lunch: 10.15am 3 x Tuna and Cucumber Rolls 3 x Cheese and Onion Rolls 1 x Yoghurt 1 x Banana Now, its only 10.30am. I still have at least 5 meals to go today. Really just wondering, how much % of your body weight it is possible to eat in one day? So, im 235lb atm but i really wouldnt have a clue on how much food i eat a day in weight... 30lb? 50lb? What do you rekon? Also, would this be the same % through different body weights, i.e 100lb person @ 10% = 10lb of food 200lb person @ 10% = 20lb of food, etc, etc Ta Paul

| The Italian Stallion | wow that's a load of food man, you must spend loads of money feeding yourself each week. So wit all that food and training what you looking like and how long have you been training for?
