Since I started my high protein diet my farts have become amazing.. I've managed to clear a room and make someone physically sick.. Anyone beat that? Haha

Isn't this down to the body not being able to process more than 40g or protein in one sitting so it just passes through and rots in your gut? Or has that been shown to be a fairytale and there is no upper limit to what your body can process? I have 120g from shakes, 3 chicken breasts and 8 eggs a day and my farts smell like freshly cut roses, honest.

Try eating 2 cloves of garlic- a tin of beans and steamned Brocholi. The smell is far worse than any protein powder

i just swapped cicken for eggs for the last week......man i have created some smells that i never knew existed....fun in the car on the way to work in the morning and going up the lift at work

I droped my guts at some motorway services this morning, I stood outside the gents afterwards and the reaction of the people as they had to walk through it was priceless
I was like a proud father
