Hangover cures
Right then folks, i am out for a proper girlie night out tonight and am guarunteed to feel bloody wretched tomorrow!!

I normally go for a bag of salt and vinegar walkers and a can of coke which does work but just wonering if anyone has any other hangover cures that really work for them!!;)

A bottle of lilt and iron bru and lots of water....... and when/if u can manage it a bacon sarnie w/ tomato sauce (lots of bacon!!) ..... then again it might just be the paracetamol that does it ......

couple of pints of water before bed or flat coke the next morning or an hour or so in the gym then go and kill yourself in the sauna

Yeah everyone says this but i can't remember a single time i have actaully been sober enough to remember to drink the pint of water before going to bed lol.

The best morning cure by far, having tested many out is:

Half pint of orange juice diluted with half pint of water
A packet of ready salted crisps
Vitamin B complex
A bar of chocolate

Or even better just delay it for a day by starting back on the beers as soon as you wake up.

drink water before you go to bed works for me and i never ever have a hangover!

sum russian remedy called RU 21 is supposed to be a good cure for hangovers, ive never tried it myself its, about a fiver a pack and Boots are the UK stockist. Aparrently the KGB devised this concoption for there spies so they could go out on the slash and look as tho they were just revellers and they would gather information from all the pub dwellers etc, then get bk to work the next day feeling fresh!! Some people swear by it, some say it doesnt work at all!!

The best hangover cure i used to use was Marsh's Sasparella pop. But its not manufactured anymore. I just drink about 3-4 pints of water before bed. It helps a little but u have to be careful not to p!ss the bed!!! during the day after i drink lots of Volvic flavoured water and ingest plenty of vitamin B complex vits
