hello,

i am just curious, what is the best type of water to be drinking before a show? its just that ive heard that some bottled types are the worst for sodium?

any help would be great.

just tap for me 10 litres a day then nowt on the day

cool, thats my plan too, cutting waters afternoon before, then just sip through the day. thanks man

I think it is a bit extreme doing the old distilled water thing.
