hi boys, just a short note
to say, i was in London for the weekend, and as im sad i popped over to Muscleworks Gym in Bethnal Green, ive wanted to go and have a look round it for a while now.

Anyway i did and its very impressive, and the staff were very nice, and the owner i believe was there as well, really nice fella,s, so i bought a couple of t-shirts and had a chat, they have some big blokes out there, so i know a few of you live in London , you should get over there and check it out, even just for the odd session or a look round, you wont be let down. .

mate as i dont live in london
i didnt ask abt cost, but definately get yourself along there its great, a real bodybuilding gym, you,ll love it, i dont know if you know the area, but just walk up past Tesco,s and its on the opposite side of the road just off the main road.

They do a virtual tour, man this place looks awesome, could almost move back to uk for that.

Size of som of those dumbells in the free weight are MAD!!!

Wow that place looks awesome. I much prefer the spit and sawdust gyms to the boring fancy dancy gyms now a days. I hate leisure centres!!!!!!!!! :axe:
